Establish stable, runnable baseline with conformance corpus and frozen identity per ANCHOR.scope-arrest.2026-01-01. Changes: - Add .machine_read/ with LLM_SUPERINTENDENT, SPEC.core, ROADMAP.f0, CANONICAL_README, and ANCHOR files - Fix STATE.scm language reference (ada -> rust) - Create conformance corpus: - 4 valid examples (singles, pairs, ice dance) - 7 invalid examples producing stable diagnostics - Mark tree-sitter and editors as optional (OPTIONAL.md files) Golden path verified: - All 152 tests pass - All conformance/valid examples parse successfully - All conformance/invalid examples produce expected errors
Establish blessed operational interface following AUTHORITY_STACK rules: - All local operations via `just <recipe>` - Makefiles forbidden - Add recipes instead of running ad-hoc commands Recipes added: - test, build, build-release, check, lint, fmt - check-examples, check-conformance-valid, check-conformance-invalid - conformance (runs full suite) - demo (shows CLI in action) - smoke-test (golden path per ANCHOR) - clean, install, watch-test Also updates LLM_SUPERINTENDENT.scm with authority stack reference. Note: Requires `just` to be installed (https://just.systems)
